[1] 1st of all open a new document of 1280 x 1024 Pixels.

[2] Create a new layer and fill it with any color and open Blending Options and set its Gradient.

Now you have something like that

[3] Now Create a new layer and fill it with black

[4] Now Goto>Filter>Noise>Add Noise and set these values

[5] Now Change this layer’s blending Mode to Linear Dodge and lower its opacity to 40%

[6] Now Add Any Picture of Model.

[7] Now Create a new layer behind model picture layer and select 1 pixel Brush with black color

[8] Now Make lots of lines as showns

[9] Now Goto layers window and press Alt and click between model picture and brush layer as shown

Now you have something like this

[10] Now Select a Big Soft Eraser and slowly remve extra edges as shown

[11] Now select Brush Layer and Select Brush tool and change its color to Skin Color and make some lines near arms and neck and in shirt and your Weaved Effect Image is ready…!!!
