[1] Open a new document of 1280 x 1024 Pixels.

[2] Create a new layer and fill it with any color and open blending options and set that radial gradient

Now you have something like that

[3] Now Open Photoshop Shapes select Puzzle 1 and make it on a new layer and fill it with 40D7FE

[4] Now Open Blending options and set these effects

now yo have something like that

[5] Now Duplicate this layer by pressing Ctrl+J and clear its Layer Style

[6] Now Change its Color to White.

[7] Now make the selection with the help of pen tool and and press delete

[8] Now Open Blending options and sets its Bevel and Gradient

[9] Now Lower this layer’s Fill to 0% as shown

[10] Now Create a new layer and make Puzzle shape 2 and fill it with same color as we did on 1st

[11] Now Apple the same Effect as we did on 1st puzzle layer or you can simply copy layer style from 1st layer and paste on this one.

[12] Now Repeat all steps as we did on 1st puzzle

[13] Copy layer style from the previous white layer and paste it here

Now you have something like that

[14] Make Puzzle three on a new layer with the same technique

[15] Repeat the same steps as we did before

[16] delete the selection

[17] Apple bevel and gradient or simply copy layer style

[18] Now Copy the shown layer and drag it down

[19] Apple the same technique

[20] Simply duplicate the upper layer and drag it to down…and your Glossy Puzzle wallpaper is ready…!
