[1] 1st off all Search any Picture that you want to apply pencil sketching effect on.

[2] Open it in Photoshop.

[3] Duplicate this layer by Pressing Ctrl+J as shown

[4] Press Ctrl+U to open Hue/Saturation window and lower Saturation to -100 as shown

[5] Now Goto>Filter>Stylize>Glowing Edges and set these values

Now you have something like this.

[6] Now Press Ctrl+I to Invert as shown

[7] Now Lower this layer’s Fill to 60% as shown

its Done…!
