[1] Create a new document of 1280 x 1024 Pixels.

[2] Now create a layer and fill with any color and goto Blending options and fill with Radial Gradient.

now you have your background ready

[3] Now Select Rectangular tool or press U and Give Radius 50 px and create a shape as shown and fill it with any color

[4] Now open Blending options and set these settings as shown

your image should be like this

[5] Now you have to download these two wood Textures

[6] Now Open Wooden Surface on a Document and press Ctrl+T to transorm it as shown

[7] now go in windows layer and press Ctrl+ Click on Shape that you have made with U tool,now your selection is loaded.

[8] Now Click on Add Vector Mask and your image will be like this as shown

[9] Now change layer style to Soft Light as shown

[10] Now Duplicate this layer and change its Color overlay to D5864D and decrease its size by pressing Ctrl+T

[11] At this point open the wooden background and Select the elliptical marque tool make a selection of the nail head.

[12] Copy (ctrl+C) and paste (ctrl+V) the selection into our main canvas and place it into the intersection between the 2 sticks as shown and Desaturate it

[13] Open Blending options and set its bevel as shown

Now its look like a Real Nale in wood

[14] Make all your text with the help of same technique
